Please be advised that there may be other charges you would be
responsible for that are "variable/incidental" and/or "unknown",
such as: damage to the owner's property caused by you, your
household member(s), or guest(s) (for which an invoice would be
issued to reimburse for the same); or water/sewer charges (based
upon your actual exclusive usage, and for which invoicing will be
provided in accordance with your lease and water/sewer
addendum).
